■ Specialized Care
We will provide care for indivudials with physical or mental limitations. AADC is here to offer personalized and compassionate services. Care that is based on age, diagnosis, mobility, cognition and personal likes/dislikes.
■ Caregiver Relief
Many caretakers are in need of day-to-day assistance for their loved ones; and prefer mom or dad to stay at home versus living in a skilled nursing facilities. Adult day care centers provides support for families when feeling overwhelmed.
■ Transportation
Non emergency transportation will be provided to and from the center for members within a 20 mile radius; for no additional fee. Also offering travel to and from doctors appointments per request.
Excutive Summary
More families are turning away from residential stay at nursing facilities and caring for loved ones at home. As we know in the healthcare field, caregiver stress syndrome happens when caregivers get exhausted and overwhelmed mentally, emotionally and sometimes physically. For many adults with disabilities, attending an adult day center can provide a supportive and an engaging environment. They can socialize, participate in activities, and receive necessary care in a safe and compassionate environment. Advocare Adult Day Center (AADC) will be the ideal place for aging adults to receive personalized medical, social and therapeutic care. This care will be provided 12 hours daily Monday thru Saturday.

The medical care component will consist of physical health assessments, first aid care, ADL care, Diabetes management and medication administration.The social care component focuses on engaging members with therapeutic activities, outings, live entertainment and more. The positive atmosphere, the social experiences and the quality of care allows members to thrive.
